Proclaims October 9 of each year as PANS, PANDAS and PITAND Awareness Day in Arizona.

Recognizes PANS (pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome) and PANDAS (pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorder associated with streptococcal infection) as conditions causing sudden onset of obsessive-compulsive disorder and severe anxiety in children.

Notes that PITAND (pediatric infection-triggered autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorder) is similar to PANS and PANDAS but can be triggered by various infections including mycoplasma, pneumonia, mononucleosis, and Lyme disease.

States that children with these conditions may improve with antibiotics, intravenous immunoglobulin treatment, or plasmapheresis, and estimates approximately one in fifty children in the United States suffer from these conditions.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit copies to the Governor, Arizona Department of Health Services, National Institute of Mental Health, Moleculera Labs, and PANDASNetwork.org.
