Amends Section 37-311 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to definitions for trust lands suitable for conservation purposes.

Modifies the definition of "existing lessee" by removing the word "An" and replacing it with "A" in subsection (b), clarifying that a lessee who continues to lease trust lands after classification as conservation lands qualifies as an existing lessee.

Maintains existing definitions for "conservation" (protection of natural assets for long-term benefit), "open space" (land free of development that obstructs scenic beauty), and "trust land" (land owned or held in trust by the state).

Classified as a technical correction to statutory language.
