Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-476 regarding amendments to plats and maps for municipal land extensions.

Requires that when a board determines corrections, additions, or amendments are needed to a plat or map, the owner must prepare a revised plat or map incorporating those changes.

Mandates that both the owner's consent and the board's consent must be endorsed on the amended plat or map before filing.

Requires the amended map or plat to be filed with the county recorder after obtaining necessary approvals.
