Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to replace references to "health professions" and "practitioners of a health profession" with "health professionals" in sections 11-459.01, 20-841.04, 20-1057.01, and 32-1753.

Changes the definition reference from section 32-3101 to section 32-3201 in four statutes governing county prisoner complaints, health benefits plan referrals, and optometry practice designations.

Repeals sections 32-3101, 32-3102, 32-3103, 32-3104, 32-3105, and 32-3106 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Repeals Title 32, Chapter 44 of Arizona Revised Statutes in its entirety.
