Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2301 to add "animal fighting or cockfighting" as a form of racketeering activity (new subsection xxxi under the definition of racketeering).

Expands the definition of "racketeering" to include animal fighting and cockfighting when committed for financial gain as part of organized criminal activity.

Allows prosecution of animal fighting and cockfighting offenses as racketeering violations under Arizona's organized crime statutes (sections 13-2312 through 13-2315).

Enables civil remedies against property or persons engaged in animal fighting or cockfighting racketeering operations under Arizona's civil racketeering provisions.
