Amends Arizona law regarding the state board of chiropractic examiners composition and qualifications for board members.

Changes language describing board establishment from "There shall be a" to "The...is established" and updates references to use gender-neutral terms.

Modifies the chiropractor member requirement from "not less than three years" of practice experience to "three years or more" of practice experience in Arizona.

Removes the restriction that "no two chiropractic members of the board shall be graduates of the same school or college of chiropractic."

Updates oath language to require board members to affirm they meet qualifications prescribed in law before taking office, with modernized gender-neutral terminology.
