Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-610 to add military leave protections for employees of state and local government who serve in auxiliary branches of the armed forces.

Grants officers and employees up to 30 days of leave in any two consecutive years for training duty or attendance at camps, maneuvers, formations, or drills with armed forces auxiliaries.

Allows the state, counties, cities, towns, and political subdivisions to grant such leave without loss of time, pay, or efficiency rating (leave is discretionary rather than mandatory).

Clarifies that employees cannot be charged for military leave on days they were not scheduled to work, and military service time does not reduce vacation benefits.

Establishes legislative intent to encourage public employers to support auxiliary armed forces members through unpaid or paid leave accommodations.
