Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 15-1622 relating to university board officers and organization.

Removes the comma between "secretary" and "treasurer" in the list of officers the board shall select from its membership.

Changes "the" to "an" before the word "additional" when referring to bonds required of the treasurer.

Changes "the" to "the" before "transaction of business" in the quorum requirement section (technical correction).

Clarifies that the same person cannot hold both secretary and treasurer positions simultaneously.
