Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-709 to authorize state departments and agencies to accept gifts and donations from public entities, private entities, or any person to conduct employee recognition programs.

Specifies that gifts and donations for employee recognition programs must comply with the requirements of Arizona title 35, chapter 1, article 3 and chapter 23.

Makes a technical grammatical correction to the statute by changing "for the conduct of" to "to conduct" employee recognition programs.
