Establishes the green public schools task force consisting of nine members including state legislators, school officials, environmental representatives, and a public member.

Task force shall identify procedures to retrofit public schools to meet leadership in energy and environmental design standards and recommend a model green cleaning policy.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the governor, legislative leaders, and secretary of state by November 1, 2015 regarding establishment and financing of systems for energy-efficient school retrofits and construction.

Task force members receive no compensation, but designated members are eligible for expense reimbursement under Arizona Revised Statutes title 38, chapter 4, article 2.

Task force is repealed effective December 31, 2015.
