Amends section 15-1472 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding community college district workforce development accounts.

Exempts provisional community college districts established under section 15-1409 from receiving the $200,000 annual base allocation to workforce development funds.

Maintains the distribution formula for remaining workforce development fund monies based on each district's full-time equivalent student enrollment percentage, adjusted annually on October 1.

Preserves existing requirements for community colleges owned or operated by qualifying Indian tribes to submit biennial workforce development reports to state officials and the Arizona Commerce Authority.
