Amends section 8-803 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding child protective services worker duties during investigations.

Corrects terminology from "ombudsman-citizen aide" to "ombudsman-citizens aide" in subsection A.6.

Removes an unnecessary comma in subsection A between "guardian" and "or custodian" in the initial contact requirements.

Maintains existing requirements that CPS workers inform families of investigation status, specific allegations, their rights, and the worker's legal authority and limitations during initial contact.
