Changes "which" to "that" in the definition of environmental education to improve technical language clarity.

Requires environmental education programs to be based on current scientific information and include discussion of economic and social implications if a school district chooses to offer such instruction.

Defines "environmental education" as educational processes and activities designed to enhance student knowledge of scientific and economic principles related to environmental topics, taught in an unbiased, fair and balanced manner.
