Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 4-244 to modify rules regarding removal of spirituous liquor from licensed premises in original unbroken containers.

Allows beer and wine bar licensees to dispense beer into clean containers designed for holding dispensed beer with a maximum capacity of one gallon for off-premises consumption if sealed with plastic adhesive and displaying a government warning label.

Prohibits dispensing beer into such containers through drive-through or walk-up service windows.

Requires the Department to review and report on the effects of this change by July 1, 2015 to the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President of the Senate.

Makes grammatical corrections throughout section 4-244 to standardize language usage (e.g., replacing "which" with "that").
