Establishes the Governor's Office of Film and Media within the office of the governor to promote film and media production in Arizona and coordinate with state, local, and private sector entities to assist the production industry.

Authorizes the Governor to appoint a director of the office who serves at the Governor's pleasure, with compensation determined under Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-611.

Appropriates $612,500 from the state general fund for fiscal year 2014-2015 to the Governor's Office of Film and Media.
