Requires school districts to accept transfer credits from students who previously attended other charter schools or school districts, including credits from concurrent online postsecondary courses.

Permits school district governing boards to adopt policies determining whether transferred credits count as elective or core credits toward graduation requirements.

Applies to students transferring from private schools by requiring districts to provide lists of accepted and denied credits, with the option for students to challenge denials through passing examinations.
