Amends Section 14-6303 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to nonprobate transfers of securities.

Corrects language regarding registration of securities in beneficiary form by removing the phrase "of the law" and replacing it with "article" to clarify which state's statutes authorize such registration.

Specifies that a security may be registered in beneficiary form if authorized by Arizona law, the state of organization of the issuer, or the state listed as the owner's address at time of registration.

Provides that registrations governed by jurisdictions without similar laws are presumed valid as a matter of contract law.
