Amends section 14-5107 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding military members' powers of attorney.

Corrects grammar in subsection A by changing "have" to "has" to properly reflect that a military member (singular) delegates parental or guardianship powers.

Allows active duty military members and reserve/National Guard members to delegate parental or guardianship powers to another person for up to one year.

Excludes the power to consent to marriage or adoption of the minor child or ward from delegable powers.
