Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-493 to update the duties and responsibilities of county treasurers.

Changes gendered pronouns ("him," "his") to neutral language ("the county treasurer") throughout the statute.

Adds provision clarifying that disbursement of county money by county warrant, electronic transfer, or as provided by law discharges the county treasurer from any further liability for those monies or their application.
