Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-808 to make a technical correction changing "hot line" to "hotline" in reference to the twenty-four hour telephone service provided statewide by the parent assistance program.

Establishes a parent assistance program in the administrative office of the supreme court to provide information and assistance to parents or guardians regarding child removal from the home.

Requires the administrative office of the supreme court to establish parent assistance offices in counties with populations of 400,000 or more.

Directs the program to provide parents and guardians with information about legal rights, community resources, child well-being, and procedures for requesting attorneys or temporary custody hearings.

Requires the administrative office of the supreme court to maintain and publicly report statistics on program utilization and call types, and to coordinate with the Department of Economic Security to notify families of available services.
