Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-604 regarding county fiscal provisions and fund management.

Allows county boards to create and manage a salary fund for paying salaries of officials and employees, and fees and mileage of jurors.

Permits county boards to establish a sick pay fund and transfer amounts from the expense fund to compensate officials and employees absent due to illness, with sick leave hours and illness absences to be reported and separately identified in accounting records.

Authorizes county boards to create and make payments from other necessary county funds for proper transaction of county business.
