Adds "certified process server" (any officer of the court certified to perform service of process) to the definition of "eligible person" in Arizona Revised Statutes sections 11-483, 11-484, 16-153, 28-454, 39-123, and 39-124.

Certified process servers become eligible to request confidentiality protections for their residential addresses and telephone numbers in county recorder, assessor, treasurer, voter registration, and motor vehicle records.

Extends the same privacy safeguards already available to peace officers, judges, prosecutors, public defenders, and other public employees to certified process servers due to occupational safety concerns.

Maintains existing five-year confidentiality periods and court order procedures for approving redaction requests based on demonstrated danger to life or safety.

Applies uniform confidentiality standards across multiple public record systems (property records, voter registration, motor vehicle records) for the newly included profession.
