Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-810 regarding missing children notification and database entry procedures.

Requires Child Protective Services (CPS) to notify appropriate law enforcement when a child is at risk of serious harm and their location is unknown, providing information for missing person database entries.

Specifies that CPS must provide information about the child, child's parent, guardian, custodian, or person of interest to enable record entry into Arizona Crime Information Center and National Crime Information Center databases.

Requires law enforcement agencies to immediately enter the information provided by CPS into both the Arizona Crime Information Center and National Crime Information Center missing person databases.
