Adds certified process servers to the list of professionals authorized to obtain personal information from motor vehicle records in connection with civil, criminal, administrative or arbitration proceedings, service of process, and enforcement of judgments.

Certified process servers are granted access to motor vehicle records on the same basis as attorneys licensed to practice law and licensed private investigators under Arizona Revised Statutes § 28-455(C)(4).

The amendment allows process servers to access records for litigation-related purposes including investigation in anticipation of litigation and execution or enforcement of court orders.
