Adds certified process servers to the list of protected persons under Arizona's aggravated assault statute (A.R.S. § 13-1204).

Makes assault on a certified process server while engaged in serving or attempting to serve process a class 6 felony under subsection A, paragraph 8(j).

Defines "certified process server" as any officer of the court who is certified to serve process.

Applies the same enhanced penalties for assault on process servers as currently exist for assaults on other protected professionals including teachers, health care practitioners, and code enforcement officers.
