Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 46-452.02 to correct the citation reference for the Older Americans Act of 1965, changing it from "P.L. 100175, sec. 307 (A) (12); 42 United States Code 3027(A) (12)" to "P.L. 100-175; 42 United States code section 3027(a)(12)".

Maintains immunity from liability for representatives of the state long-term care ombudsman office who perform official duties in good faith.

Preserves the ombudsman's authority to enter facilities, investigate complaints, advise residents, refer cases of abuse or neglect to adult protective services, and make referrals to legal and community services.

Clarifies that the ombudsman's duties do not include activities performed by licensed health care providers as defined in Section 12-561.
