Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-471 to allow cities and towns to annex county-owned parks or parks operated on public lands under county management agreements, subject to board of supervisors approval.

If the board of supervisors does not agree to park annexation, the county park must be excluded from the annexation area, notwithstanding normal contiguity and encirclement restrictions.

County-owned parks or parks on public lands excluded from annexation can subsequently be annexed only with permission of the board of supervisors, regardless of other statutory provisions.

Defines "public lands" for purposes of this provision to mean lands as defined in section 37-901, excluding lands owned by flood control districts.

Makes technical corrections to existing annexation law by changing "such" to "the" in two locations within the statute.
