AZ SB1223

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-710 to clarify that foreign personal representatives, administrators, guardians, or conservators may execute satisfaction or release of mortgages on Arizona property.

Requires the foreign representative to record an authenticated copy of their appointment in the recorder's office of the county where the mortgage is recorded.

Grants foreign personal representatives and administrators the same authority to release mortgages as those appointed within Arizona when no Arizona representative has been appointed.

Applies to estates of deceased non-residents and to guardianships or conservatorships of minors established in another state or foreign country.
