Requires disclosure of employment hire dates for the public officer and household members, and adds detailed reporting requirements for fiduciary relationships with nonprofit organizations including compensation, expenses, and reimbursements received.

Establishes electronic filing capability with posting to the secretary of state's website, and requires reporting of retirement and deferred compensation accounts as new disclosure items.
