Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-509 regarding the licensing of foster homes by the Department of Child Welfare.

Changes language in subsection H from "does not prohibit" to "may not prohibit" a person operating a licensed foster home from applying for or receiving compensation as a foster parent due to employment with the state.

Removes the provision that prohibited the division from requiring foster parents to immunize their natural or adoptive children as a condition of foster home licensure.

Allows licensees to modify their license renewal date by submitting an application to the division, with the new renewal date no more than six months earlier than the existing renewal date.
