Amends Arizona statutes to expand the auditor general's authority to conduct performance audits of charter schools in addition to school districts.

Requires the auditor general's school-wide audit team to monitor charter schools and determine the percentage of every dollar spent in the classroom, with the same reporting and compliance requirements as school districts.

Allows the auditor general to attend executive sessions of charter school governing bodies for purposes of conducting performance audits and investigations.

Grants the auditor general authority to examine all books, accounts, records, and other property of charter schools in the same manner as other state agencies and political subdivisions.
