Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2314.01 to add sex trafficking education programs as an allowable use of anti-racketeering revolving fund monies.

Establishes that prosecution and investigation costs recovered from racketeering offenses, along with forfeiture proceeds, shall be deposited into the anti-racketeering revolving fund administered by the Attorney General.

Permits fund monies to support gang prevention programs, substance abuse prevention and education, sex trafficking education, witness protection, and investigation and prosecution of racketeering offenses.

Requires quarterly reporting by state departments and agencies receiving fund monies, with reports due by January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 each year.

Mandates the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission compile all reports into a comprehensive annual report by September 30 and submit to state officials and the legislature.
