Requires health insurance plans, HMOs, disability insurance policies, and group/blanket disability policies to charge equal copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance for patient-administered cancer treatment medications (oral or self-injected) and provider-administered cancer treatment medications (injected or intravenously administered)

Prohibits insurers from complying with equal cost-sharing requirements by increasing charges for provider-administered medications or reclassifying cancer treatment medication benefits

Defines "cancer treatment medications" as prescription drugs and biologics used to kill, slow, or prevent the growth of cancerous cells

Applies to four categories of coverage: HMO contracts (section 20-841.10), health care services organization evidence of coverage (section 20-1057.14), disability insurance policies (section 20-1376.05), and group/blanket disability policies (section 20-1406.06)
