Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-862 regarding advisory boards for building codes in counties.

Changes language from "at least members" to "a member" from each required category (architect, engineer, general contractor, public representative, electrical/mechanical/plumbing trade worker).

Replaces "the state of Arizona" with "this state" in references to professional licensing requirements for architects, engineers, and general contractors.

Advisory board composition remains at 5-7 members appointed by board of supervisors, with terms of four years staggered so at least one but no more than two terms expire annually.

Allows counties and cities/towns to specify appointment procedures in intergovernmental agreements for code enforcement.
