Amends Title 37, Chapter 2 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Article 20 regarding natural resource management.

Requires the State Land Department, Department of Water Resources, Department of Environmental Quality, and Arizona Game and Fish Department to monitor federal natural resource management issues affecting federal lands in Arizona.

Mandates these state agencies to encourage cooperation with federal agencies, submit comments on proposed federal regulations, and provide public information regarding federal natural resource management proposals.

Requires state agencies to inform the president of the senate, speaker of the house, and relevant committee chairpersons of federal natural resource management issues deemed of statewide importance.
