Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-627 to grant local authorities the power to require vehicles to yield the right-of-way to buses entering a street or highway from a bus pull-out lane.

Requires that any local ordinance enacting this bus right-of-way provision must include a visible warning device that indicates the bus driver's intent to enter the street or highway.

Adds this bus yield requirement as paragraph 14 to the list of traffic regulations that local authorities may adopt within their jurisdiction.

Does not affect other existing local authority powers regarding vehicle regulation, parking, speed limits, and traffic control.
