• Allows commercial live-racing permittees to offer pari-mutuel wagering on simulcast racing at approved additional wagering facilities under specified minimum live racing day requirements.

• Redirects unclaimed property monies to Arizona breeders' award fund and county fair racing fund, with racing commission allocating up to $1.2 million annually from these sources.
