Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2314.01 to add equine care as an eligible use of the anti-racketeering revolving fund.

Allows monies in the anti-racketeering revolving fund to be used for funding equine care, feeding, handling and transportation for horses involved in smuggling that are in the care of the Arizona Department of Agriculture or a nonprofit animal rescue organization.

Maintains existing provisions of the anti-racketeering revolving fund, including deposit requirements for prosecution costs, investigation costs, forfeiture proceeds, and other authorized uses such as gang prevention and substance abuse prevention programs.

Retains all reporting requirements for state departments and agencies that receive monies from the fund, with quarterly reports due to the attorney general and annual comprehensive reporting to the governor and legislature.
