Establishes the Arizona Resource Advisory Council consisting of 13 members appointed by the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house of representatives, representing grazing, timber, energy, environmental, recreational, tribal, and academic interests.

Council members serve three-year staggered terms, elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson annually, and are reimbursed for expenses but receive no compensation.

Council shall advise the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and other federal land management agencies on planning, management, classification, and disposal of federal lands within Arizona.

Council must submit annual reports of findings and recommendations to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, and secretary of state by December 31.

The Arizona Resource Advisory Council terminates on July 1, 2024, with Title 37, Chapter 2, Article 20 repealed on January 1, 2025.
