AZ SB1294

Declares all federal acts, laws, orders, rules and regulations that violate the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as invalid and void in Arizona.

Prohibits state agencies, political subdivisions, employees, and corporations providing state services from enforcing federal firearms regulations or assisting federal agencies in enforcing federal firearms laws within Arizona.

Prohibits the use of state monies or assets allocated to local entities for activities that aid federal enforcement of firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition regulations within Arizona.

Authorizes the state treasurer to withhold fiscal year funding from political subdivisions that adopt rules, ordinances, or policies that intentionally violate these prohibitions.

Establishes that state employees or agents who knowingly violate this section are deemed to have resigned their positions, have their office declared vacant, and are permanently ineligible for state office; corporations that violate the section are forever ineligible to provide services to Arizona or its subdivisions.
