Appropriates $2,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to the Arizona Commerce Authority for an economic development grant to a symphony.

Grant must be distributed to a symphony located in a city with a population exceeding one million persons based on the most recent U.S. decennial census.

Symphony must demonstrate to the authority that the grant will enable creation, retention, or increase of jobs in the community.

Symphony must demonstrate the extent to which the economic development from the grant will raise the community's standard of living and increase the quality of life in Arizona.
