Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 49-1034 regarding audits of underground storage tank tax compliance.

Allows the director to require taxpayers to appear at the director's office or, with taxpayer consent, at another state agency office for audits.

Requires audit notices to provide at least thirty days advance notice to taxpayers.

Director must audit records of a sufficient number of taxpayers to ensure general compliance with underground storage tank tax requirements.
