Repeals section 41-3014.17 of Arizona Revised Statutes effective retroactively to July 1, 2014.

Adds new section 41-3022.13 establishing that the Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety terminates on July 1, 2022.

Repeals Title 41, Chapter 16 on January 1, 2023.

Continues the Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety to maintain and enforce standards for manufactured homes, mobile homes, factory-built buildings, and recreational vehicles, and to enforce the state fire code.
