Requires automatic issuance of preliminary injunctions in all legal decision-making and parenting time actions, directed at both parties by the court clerk upon superior court order.

Injunctions prohibit parties from molesting, harassing, or assaulting each other or the children; removing children from state jurisdiction without written consent or court permission; and removing either party or children from existing insurance coverage.

Requires both parties to maintain all insurance coverage for the children who are the subject of the petition in full force and effect.

Makes injunctions effective against the petitioner upon petition filing and against the respondent upon service or actual notice, remaining in effect until final orders are entered or the action is dismissed.

Establishes enforcement procedures allowing peace officers to arrest without warrant for violations, with violations subject to contempt of court charges and prosecution for interference with judicial proceedings.
