Enacts the "Arizona Entity Restructuring Act" (Title 29, Chapter 6) establishing comprehensive rules for mergers, interest exchanges, conversions, domestications, and divisions of business entities operating in Arizona.

Modernizes merger and restructuring provisions across multiple entity types including business corporations, nonprofits, partnerships, limited liability companies, and cooperatives by consolidating formerly scattered provisions into a unified framework.

Replaces outdated "Articles of Merger" filing requirements with "Statements of Merger" and creates new uniform procedures for interest exchanges, conversions (changing entity type), domestications (changing jurisdiction), and divisions (splitting entities).

Adds specific entity restructuring provisions to chapters governing nonprofits, cooperatives, business development corporations, benefit corporations, professional corporations, and other specialized entity types to incorporate the new restructuring procedures.

Updates filing fees and procedures with the Arizona Corporation Commission and Secretary of State to accommodate new transaction types and implements effective date of December 31, 2014.
