Requires county recorders to notify the state department when any state, county, city, town, or other political subdivision purchases private real property.

County recorders must provide the state department with a copy of the recorded deed for any such government land purchase.

Applies to all government entities at state and local levels (counties, cities, towns, and political subdivisions).

Establishes a notification and documentation requirement to be fulfilled at the time a deed is recorded in the county recorder's office.
