Removes redundant phrase "the provisions of" in two locations within subsection B and C where the statute already references specific sections.

Makes no substantive changes to the legal authority or procedures for emergency interception of wire, electronic, or oral communications in emergency situations involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury.
