Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 46-459 regarding the adult protective services registry maintained by the Department of Economic Security.

Registry shall contain the name and date of birth of persons determined to have abused, neglected, or exploited vulnerable adults, along with the nature of the allegation and disposition, but shall not include names of vulnerable adults or reporting sources.

Reports and investigative outcomes shall be purged from the registry ten years after the date of entry, with annual purging conducted by the department.

Persons who were subjects of an adult protective services investigation may request written confirmation from the department that their information has been purged from the registry.

Information in the registry shall be made available to the public on written request and online, with the department authorized to charge a fee for processing written requests.
