Requires private agencies listed on the Department of Health Services website that claim to assist women through pregnancy to either inform clients of all pregnancy-related options including the right to legal abortion, or post a clearly legible sign stating the agency does not provide information about abortion services.

Allows women who were not provided information about their right to a legal abortion by a private pregnancy assistance agency to file a civil action for damages, unless the agency posted the required notice.

Establishes a six-year statute of limitations for civil actions related to violations of informed consent requirements for abortion.

Applies new notice requirements to both the general abortion informed consent law (A.R.S. § 36-2153) and the fetal condition-specific informed consent law (A.R.S. § 36-2158).

Specifies relief available in civil actions includes money damages for injuries, statutory damages of $5,000 or three times the abortion cost (whichever is greater), and reasonable attorney fees and costs.
