Changes the designation of Title 36, Chapter 7.2, Arizona Revised Statutes from "Child Hearing Programs" to "Child Hearing and Vision Programs"

Expands the definition of "hearing and vision evaluation services" to include vision screening in addition to hearing screening for identification, testing, and evaluation of school children

Defines "vision screening evaluation" as the evaluation of the ability to see clearly without corrective lenses or surgery

Requires the Department of Health Services to administer hearing and vision evaluation services to all children no later than their first year in a public or private education program, and thereafter until age 16 or until no longer enrolled in school

Authorizes the department to provide consulting services, training, delegate duties, contract for services, and accept reports from qualified medical professionals regarding hearing and vision screening evaluations
